Rapper Lil Nas X was spotted roaming down Ventura Boulevard in Studio City early Thursday morning wearing just white underwear and matching cowboy boots. Video obtained by TMZ shows someone driving by the “Old Town Road” singer walking in the middle of the street at around 4 a.

TMZ reported it had viewed video of the musician barely dressed and acting weirdly, at one point putting an orange cone on his head like a jack-in-the-box.
