The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a murder at a home that property records show belongs to director Rob Reiner.

A man and woman were found dead inside a home in Brentwood, Los Angeles that records and neighbors tie to director Rob Reiner.

Director Rob Reiner and his wife, photographer Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead in their Los Angeles home on Sunday, according to TMZ and People. Although TMZ reported that Rob, 78, and Michele, 68, had wounds consistent with knife lacerations, no cause of death has been released.

LAPD said in a statement that officers were called to the home in the Brentwood neighborhood of the city at 3:40 p.m. Pacific time.
