The Pacers, who made the Eastern Conference finals a season ago, are led by Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam. Siakam (20.2 points per game) was an All-Star in 2025, while Haliburton got better as the season progressed. He averaged 20.6 points and 11 assists per game after the All-Star break.

Just over an hour before game time, the Pacers made a major announcement. Both Mathurin and Nesmith will be available to play. Mathurin has been a huge part of Indiana's second unit all season long. In the 72 regular season games he played, including 49 starts, he averaged 16.1 points per game to go along with 5.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
