Tropical Storm Sara forms in the Caribbean, forecast to head into the Gulf
Tropical Storm Sara has formed in the Caribbean Sea. As of the initial advisory Thursday afternoon, the tropical depression has 40 mph winds and is moving to the west at 12 mph. The center of the depression is located about 50 miles northeast of the Honduras and Nicaragua coast.
