A massive crash involving 67 vehicles in snowy weather killed two people and injured 26 on an expressway in Japan late on Friday as the country kicked off its end-of-year holiday season.

Driving under the influence is believed to be a factor in a crash that left a driver dead and three passengers injured early Saturday morning in South Sacramento, authorities said.

Police say Golden Edmond, 23, of Florissant, shot and killed Lolina Long, 20, of Olivette, and then killed himself.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a person was struck by a semi-truck just before 1 p.m. along the Kilpatrick Turnpike near Meridian Avenue.
