Spotify released its annual year-end Spotify Wrapped listener summaries on December 3, 2025. Each December, the streaming giant compiles personalized lists of its users’ favorite music and podcasts — with the 2025 list being the 11th annual edition.
Among the dozen or so new features for this year’s Wrapped edition is “your listening age,” an approximation based on the music you listened to this year. According to Spotify, it stems from the idea of a “reminiscence bump,” which is “the tendency to feel most connected to the music from your younger years.” Here’s how the company explains it:
