House Speaker Mike Johnson ordered representatives to return to Capitol Hill by Wednesday ( if they can make it) — within 36 hours after a final Senate vote on a spending measure to end the longest government shutdown in history.
The Justice Department is appealing an order for the White House to provide ASL interpretation during press briefings given by the press secretary or President Trump.
