Universities risk being fined over pro-Palestine protests, the higher education watchdog has warned. Professor Arif Ahmed, the freedom of speech director at the Office for Students (OfS), told universities that the watchdog was “prepared to act” in response to pro-Palestine protests on Tuesday.
