ASCENSION PARISH, La. (WAFB) - Nearly two weeks after State Police shot and killed a man in Ascension Parish, State Police released video and details of what led to the shooting on Friday afternoon.

Pa. State Police held a press conference Thursday regarding Wednesday's shooting, which left two troopers in critical and serious condition.

The new reports also include four constables who were found to have been creating false traffic tickets and could still face discipline.

A Virginia State Police trooper was seriously injured when a patrol vehicle was struck by a vehicle on U.S. Highway 29 in Pittsylvania County Saturday
