Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson on Thursday said that the Senate blue ribbon committee will no longer invite resigned Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Zaldy Co to attend the next hearing on anomalous flood control projects through a video conferencing platform.
