On Monday, issues at British telecommunications giant Vodafone led to large scale service outages that impacted hundreds of thousands of Vodafone customers.

The majority of complaints - an overwhelming majority of 71 per cent - relate to the landline internet, while 21 per cent are struggling with internet on their mobile phone. A further seven per cent are grappling with no signal. Users have taken to social media to vent their frustrations.
