It was only about a half-hour into the cross-examination of Casandra Ventura that a lawyer for Sean Combs drew on messages the couple exchanged, in an attempt to establish one of the defense’s key arguments in the case: that Ms. Ventura, and other women involved in the case, were willing participants in the sex marathons known as “freak-offs.”

The courtroom fell silent as Cassie described what was shown in images from ‘freak offs’. Full name Casandra Ventura, the singer has been giving evidence in court as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied all of this and pleaded not guilty.

On Tuesday (May 13), Boosie took to X to let his followers know that, in his eyes, Cassie wasn’t a victim of sex trafficking — she was living what he calls “a lifestyle.” In a series of all-caps posts, Boosie argued that the case against Diddy is mischaracterized. According to him, the charges should fall under domestic abuse, not sex trafficking.
