Katy Perry will fly to space during Blue Origin’s next crewed mission, the Jeff Bezos-owned space company has announced. The pop star will join CBS host Gayle King and Bezos’s fiancé Lauren Sánchez aboard the New Shepard rocket this spring, marking its 11th human flight.

Now she'll be boarding Blue Origin 's New Shepard rocket, along with a few other celebrity and high-profile crewmates: CBS Mornings' Gayle King and Jeff Bezos' fiancée Lauren Sánchez, who founded Black Ops Aviation, an aerial film and production company.

Katy Perry and Gayle King are headed to space with Jeff Bezos’ fiancee Lauren Sanchez and three other women. Bezos’ rocket company Blue Origin announced the all-female celebrity crew on Thursday. Sanchez,
