In a new ad campaign, Microsoft claims that anything that can access Game Pass should be considered an Xbox now.

Earlier today, after some teasing, Xbox confirmed that 2018's Spyro Reignited Trilogy would be available to play via Xbox Game Pass starting tomorrow. It follows the addition of fellow former PlayStation platform mascot Crash Bandicoot, who arrived on the service earlier this year.

Microsoft is reimaging the way Xbox Game Pass Quests award Rewards points, but only some players are currently able to try out these new changes.

Xbox executive Phil Spencer hinted at this possibility in an interview with Bloomberg that was published on Wednesday. As he put it, the "expectation is that [Xbox] would do something" in the handheld gaming market and the company is working on prototypes right now.

Well, no longer do we have to rely on rumors, as the CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Phil Spencer, has revealed in a Bloomberg interview that Xbox handheld prototypes are currently being worked on. The caveat is that this hardware is still a few years out.
