Police shot a man Saturday morning as he fled from police in a stolen car in Pittsburgh, according to Pennsylvania State Police. According to investigators, the incident happened just before 9:40 a.m. Saturday. A state patrol trooper noticed a stolen vehicle on eastbound Interstate 376. When troopers tried to pull the driver over, he sped off.
