Rainfall from what is left of Raymond is still moving through the Southwest Monday, bringing another round of rainfall for the region. This rainfall is on top of the rainfall already felt in the region by Priscilla over the weekend.

Additional rain on oct. 13 is a result of Tropical Storm Raymond and is keeping the flooding risk elevated, prompting the watch and warning. A flood watch is issued when conditions are favorable for flooding, according to the NWS. It doesn't mean flooding will definitely occur, but it is possible.

Tropical Storm Raymond made landfall in western Mexico Saturday, and leftover moisture will move northeast into parts of Texas.
