The 51-year-old comedian started his career while he was a college student at Northwestern University, where he joined the school's improv sketch group Mee-Ow Show. After graduating in 1996, he continued acting at ImprovOlympic and was even a cast member of Boom Chicago, an English-language improv troupe based in Amsterdam.

During his show's current break, Meyers will apparently make his way to the U.K. for his appearance on The Graham Norton Show. Per the BBC, Meyers is slated for the Friday, Dec. 5 episode alongside Kate Winslet, Jacinda Ardern and Alan Carr.
