The political consultant says a huge hurrdle for Stacy Garrity is that she’s running against a popular incumbent during a midterm election.

After promoting the PA ABLE Savings Program at visiting Coffee Inclusive on Thursday, Pennsylvania Treasurer Stacy Garrity said she will soon announce whether she plans to run for governor.
