Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis told broadcaster SRF in an interview that allowing Putin to attend without facing arrest was “completely achievable” and could be settled within a few days.

Both countries have indicated they would give the Russian leader immunity in order to meet with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy at a neutral location.
