Instagram's shareable QR codes are a quick link that any camera app can scan to find your profile.

Instagram has introduced a new QR Code feature that will allow the user to follow someone by scanning the code from their camera app.

To scan a QR code or Nametag, simply go to your phone’s camera app and point it at the QR code; or for a more integrated experience, open Instagram’s Story camera and point it at the figure.

The idea is that businesses can print their QR code and have customers scan it to open their Instagram account easily. From there, people can see store hours, buy items, or just follow the account.
