Microsoft Store offers a Scan app which you can use to scan documents and pictures in Windows 11/10 quickly. The app is useful when you are scanning one single photo or multiple pages.

Unless you configure your Brother MFC scanner to compile multiple pages into a single scanned document, you will have dozens if not hundreds of unique files to save.

Click the "Send" button to send the fax. Windows Fax and Scan dials the fax machine number of the first recipient, establishes a connection and sends the pages to the remote fax machine.
