Giants pitcher Logan Webb went to X on Friday night and gave his reaction to Japanese ace Roki Sasaki’s deal with his division rival. Webb captured his thoughts, not by words, but through a GIF, which showed a clip of the overpowered Monstars team from the 1996 film “Space Jam.”

I gave it away. That’s what Webb posted on X (Twitter) after the Dodgers inked Sasaki — a GIF of the Monstars with no caption. Clearly, he’s calling the rotation the Monstars, which honestly makes a lot of sense. They’re just THAT talented.
