The Georgia House of Representatives on March 14 unveiled a portrait of the late House Speaker David Ralston, a University of North Georgia (UNG) alumnus, honoring his life of service to the state.

David Ralston represented the 7th District of the Georgia House of Representatives from 2005 to 2022. The district is seated in Fannin and Gilmer counties as well as parts of Dawson counties.
