Dominik Mysterio failed to bring more gold to the Judgment Day after AJ Styles cost him the AAA Mega Championship at Triplemania XXXIII.

Last week on Raw, Mysterio got one up on Styles when the IC Champ, along with El Grande Americano, defeated the former WWE Champion in a tag team showdown with Dragon Lee partnering Styles. The latter got pinned by Americano after ‘Dirty Dom’ hit him with a metal plate.

Some officials from AAA and WWE were in the ring to welcome us to the show. The show opened with the Bardahl Cup match. The current La Parka was the first entrant and he had a handful of dancers with him while wearing a flashy outfit.
