According to a new rumor, a certain actor from the earliest days of the MCU will play multiple versions of their character in Avengers:
It's been speculated and seen in leaks — but it wasn't until previews for Avengers: Doomsday began showing last night during Avatar: Fire and Ash screenings that it was confirmed: Chris Evans is back as Steve Rogers, and now he's a proud papa.
Doomsday revealed that Steve Rogers, the star-spangled Avenger portrayed by Chris Evans, will return in the next Marvel team-up adventure.
Chris Evans – who plays Steve Rogers, aka the first Captain America, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – is set to reprise his role in the upcoming blockbuster, Avengers: Doomsday.
And now, in the first teaser for ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ that showed attached to ‘Avatar: Fire & Ash,’ Rogers is seen (see more on the brief footage below), pointing to him playing a role in the next movie (and possibly ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ ).
