Two hikers were rescued on Saturday after becoming trapped on a remote beach at the Point Reyes National Seashore, officials said. The hikers were near Elephant Rock when rising tides blocked the exit route, leaving them trapped, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office said in a social media post.
