METAIRIE, La. -- The New Orleans Saints will start quarterback Spencer Rattler in their preseason finale against the Denver Broncos, coach Kellen Moore said Thursday.

The Cincinnati Reds placed catcher Tyler Stephenson on the 10-day injured list on Wednesday because of a fractured left thumb. The move is retroactive to Sunday. In a corresponding move, the Reds selected the contract of catcher Will Banfield from Triple-A Louisville.
