The positive test group came from Wichita Falls’ Mosquito Zone 17, which is located in east central Wichita Falls. There are no positive human cases of West Nile Virus in Wichita Falls at this time; however, anyone with both flu-like symptoms and a mosquito bite are encouraged to contact their healthcare provider.
