Prince Harry appeared in a comedy sketch with Stephen Colbert, during which he described Donald Trump as 'a king' in an apparent reference to No Kings protests.
While appearing in a comedy sketch on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the Duke of Sussex played himself and jokingly auditioned to star as a Christmas prince in a Hallmark-style movie. The segment also included references to US President Donald Trump, which later prompted boos from the studio audience.
The Duke of Sussex popped up on The Late Show on Wednesday night for a sketch with the comedian, during which he – as himself – pretended he was auditioning to play a “Gingerbread Christmas Prince” in a Hallmark movie, and pointed out the US “obsession” with royalty.
Prince Harry joked he is looking for a role in a Christmas movie during a surprise TV appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The jab was most likely in reference to the president referring to himself as a king in a Truth Social post in February.
