A man is dead and two others are seriously hurt after a head-on crash on SR-40 in Volusia County, the Florida Highway Patrol says. According to the FHP, the crash happened just before 11:30 p.m.

The grades are largely based on student test scores; however, districts can earn points in other areas, including the percentage of students who improve from the year before.
