Kenneth Victor Payne (born November 25, 1966) is an American college basketball coach and former player who is currently the associate head coach at the University of Arkansas. Previously, he was the head coach at the University of Louisville.

My research is in psychology and strategic studies. My fourth book explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence on warfare. Called, 'I Warbot', it's currently in press and will be published early in 2021. My next research project is on the role of personality in statecraft.
