Globalization, Chauvinism and Central BankingThese three systems which to a large extent defined the conceptual landscape of the 20th century are all looking at major reforms at least. Nationalism, Human Rights and Civic Trusts are rapidly advancing in the 21st century.Individuals with sunk costs into the old ways struggle to abandon those investments...they had high hopes for rich returns. I estimate that banking reform will become the new climate change scale issue.
