Some Justice for Freddy (street Fam) **UPDATE** Today Judge Wilson in Fresno Superior Court sentence Roberto Felipe Olivera 4 yr sentence for, what he called a heinous crime. I am assuming 4 years is a max but Roberto could have killed Freddy by kicking him in the head. I fell Roberto should have gotten longer since he had a past of this same "heinous Crime". But 4 years and 1 1/2 served already, I am being told now that, he did 1 1/2 which was in County so he gets double time, so that means he
