A few weeks back, Maggie and I took a trip to the Upper Peninsula to fish for salmon on Lake Superior. I’ve heard about the Indian Cave petroglyphs at Shell Lake (West of Sand Springs, OK) for years now, but I figured it was simply a legend. After a hot tip from a kayaker and hours of searching, I finally found them today. Amazing! I love this planet…EDIT: I hope anyone going to look at these petroglyphs will have the utmost reverence and respect for the site. Thanks! | Brad Piccolo
