Choose the right apples – my favorite is Granny Smith (they are firm + have a nice acidity) 2. Turn it upside down right after baking. Wait no more than 2–5 minutes so the caramel stays soft, then turn it out in one quick motion. 3.Serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some Chantilly cream.

In a small microwaveable bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second increments until melted a
