Stuffed heirloom tomatoes for some farmer’s market goodness Ground Italian sausage, cooked Large tomatoes, tops removed and centers scooped out Burrata Fresh cracked pepper Bread crumbs (gluten free if needed) Parmesan Olive oil 1. Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Scoop out center of tomatoes, and fill with your cooked sausage. Top with burrata. 3.
