The Tracking Room on Nashville's Music Row was a high-end recording studio in its heyday welcoming artists such as Shania Twain, U2, Chet Atkins, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban. COVID forced the studio's doors to shut for good in 2020 and the building quickly sold to developers — facing certain demolition.
