Caught on Camera: This alleged “car park rage” happened in York Road car park in Southend city centre yesterday. A witness who wants to stay anonymous reported to Your Southend: “The man got upset about how the van was parked and then tore off its gas cap.” The video shows a person walking between a van and a car and appearing to intentionally interfere with the fuel cap.
