Our Squash Casserole is creamy summer comfort. ☀️ We use a seasonal mixture of yellow summer squash and zucchini, which we cut and then boil until it’s all only *just* a bit tender. Next, we squeeze ‘em super dry, then mix those bite-sized pieces with butter, onion, sugar, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and eggs. 🧑‍🍳 Then we bake that divine mixture and top it all with cheddar cheese.
