Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) often presents as a non healing pimple. It can be pearly and bleed. This type of skin cancer doesn’t often spread inside the body but it can destroy skin, cartilage and even bone. It’s important to bring these type of lesions to the attention of your doctor.
