On Monday night, Louisiana State Treasurer John Fleming, M.D., joined a large group of citizens at Tunk’s Cypress Inn in Boyce. The event allowed citizens to express their concerns about “carbon capture,” a process that separates carbon dioxide (CO2) from industrial emissions or the atmosphere, transports it, and then stores it underground. Many citizens are worried about potential environmental problems associated with this process and want to preserve their property rights. On KLAX-TV, Dr. Fle
